Founder and CEO of Yes to Success Seminars, Inc., is recognized as a pioneer in the field of personal growth.
Debra Poneman began transforming lives in the 1970’s when she studied with some of the greatest spiritual masters of the east — often in deep meditation for 8 to 10 hours a day and complete silence for weeks at a time – and then went on to teach meditation to thousands.
In the1980’s Debra immersed herself in the knowledge of the masters of western metaphysical thought and founded Yes to Success Seminars bringing what were then considered radical ideas like “your thoughts create your reality” into the mainstream and teaching how to create profound outer success on a foundation of inner silence.
Within a few short years, Debra’s seminars were being taught in cities across the US and and by her certified reps in seven countries on four continents – long before the Internet made international communication instantaneous. Using the knowledge they learned from Debra, her students went on to become mega-successful entrepreneurs, NY Times bestselling authors, millionaires, billionaires—and some of the most recognized names in the world of transformational leadership. At one point, 5 of the 25 top authors on the NYTimes were Debra’s students.
Many call Debra the mentor to the mentors.
Debra was also an in-house trainer in the 80’s with companies such as McDonnell Douglas, Mattel Toys, and the Xerox Management Group—radically changing corporate cultures at a time when it was practically unheard of for women to be corporate trainers.
Debra appeared in print throughout the country and on networks including ABC, NBC, FOX, and CNN and on shows including Good Morning New England, Chicago Today and Mid-Morning LA.
And in 1988, with her Yes to Success book in the hands of a top agent and in the midst of negotiations for her own national daytime TV talk show, Debra, true to her own teachings, walked away from her career and disappeared from the public eye for over 20 years when she had a “come to truth” moment and realized she wasn’t living her true passion…
Since returning to the world of speaking and training, she has become a bestselling author and is once again traveling the world sharing the universal secrets of how to live a life of true and lasting success.
